莫西克汀浇泼剂的制备及其稳定性研究

Preparation and stability study of moxidectin pour-on

目的：制备莫西克汀浇泼剂并对其进行稳定性研究。方法：选用美国富道动物保健公司产品（Fort Dodge Animal Health,商品名为CYDECTIN-Pour-On）为对照制剂,通过透皮吸收实验筛选处方,按照药品稳定指南对处方进行初步稳定性考察。结果：自制样品与对照制剂有同等的透过效果且质量稳定。结论：成功制备安全等效稳定的莫西克汀浇泼剂。

Objective： To prepare moxidectin pour-on and study its stability. Methods： Transdermal absorption experiment was used to screen prescription with reference listed drug（RLD）from Fort Dodge Animal Health（Brand Name： CYDECTIN Pour-On）,and a short-term accelerate research in 40 ℃/RH75% was carried out to studt the sample stability. Results： Both of the sample and RLD had equal transdermal absorption effect and stable quality. Conclusion： Moxidectin Pour-On is successful prepared with safety, stability and equal transdermal absorption effect to RLD.
