摘要
目的 :通过数据挖掘技术分析张君教授运用中医药治疗小儿尿血的用药特点,总结其对本病的临床辨证论治思路。方法:对治疗的224例小儿尿血病例所用方药建立数据库,应用Apriori进行关联分析。结果:提炼出小儿尿血病常用药物23味、药对10对、三联用药48对、四联用药21对;发现张君治疗小儿尿血病以止血、清热、补气药物为主。结论:数据挖掘结果总结的张君用药特点与其治疗小儿尿血过程中小儿体质、尿血致病因素及疾病转归等特点一致。
Objective:Through the data mining technology,ZHANG Jun's traditional Chinese medication rules of treatment of children with hematuria were analysed and his clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of this disease were summarized. Methods:The drugs and pescriptions given to 224 children with hematuria were put into the database,and then correlated analysis were done by Apriori. Results:We calculated out 23commonly-used herbs,10 herb pairs,48 herb triples and 21 herb quadruples. The involved herbs mainly have the effect of stopping bleeding,clearing heat and invigorating Qi. Conclusions:The clinical medication rules of ZHANG Jun calculated by data mining method were consistent with the characteristics of children constitution,pathogenic factors and diseases prognosis which were proposed by him while treating children with hematuria.
