ZHANG Meikui's Experience in Treating Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

张梅奎教授幼承家父真传,后师承国医大师张学文,长期从事心脑血管病的中西医结合基础及临床研究工作,临证经验丰富,在治疗心脑血管系统疾病方面形成了独特的观点,辨病与辨证有机结合,用药灵活,组方严谨,疗效显著。兹从六种心脑血管疾病的证治对其经验进行了总结:芪龙头痛汤治疗气虚血瘀型偏头痛;眩晕宁汤治疗瘀血阻窍型眩晕;补阳还五汤加减治急性期中风;治癫方调理气血抗癫痫;郁宁汤疏肝解郁治失眠;还少方益肾活血治痴呆。

Professor ZHANG Meikui was educated by his father from his childhood. Then he became a disciple of the great master of Chinese medicine Zhang Xuewen and is engaged in basic and clinical study on traditional Chinese and western medicine of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. He has accumulated rich clinical experience and formed a unique point of view on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.He combines disease and syndrome differentiation together,uses drug flexibly,makes formula rigorously and the curative effect is remarkable. We summarized his experience from his treatments of six kinds of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases：Qilong Toutong decoction for treatment of migraine headache of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;Xuanyun Ning decoction for treatment of dizziness of blood stasis obstructing orifices syndrome;Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction for treatment of acute stroke;Epilepsy formula for treatment of epilepsy by regulating Qi and blood;Yuning decoction for treatment of insomnia by soothing the liver and relieving depression;Huanshao formula for treatment of dementia by strengthening the kidney and promoting blood circulation.
