欠发达地区中小学教师学习需求调查

摘要 通过对位于粤西的欠发达地区湛江市353名中小学教师的问卷调查发现:教师对所调查的学习内容的需求程度比较高,介于需要和非常需要之间;对不同内容的需求程度存在显著差异,教师们对实践能力的需求程度高于理论知识;农村教师与城市教师学习需求情况存在差异显著,农村教师高于城市教师;小学教师与中学教师、普通学校教师与省一级学校教师学习需求程度存在显著差异,小学教师高于中学教师,普通学校教师高于省一级学校教师。
