12~14岁中学生日常体力活动状况及健身跑对其心肺耐力影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过三轴加速度计对12~14岁中学生7 d的体力活动监测,分析不同活动日学生的体力活动与能量代谢状况,并依据轻体力活动的特点,对学生进行12周的周一至周五每天60 min、运动强度为50%~70%最大吸氧量的健身跑运动干预,研究健身跑对中学生心肺耐力的影响,为青少年体力活动的科学指导等提供依据。体力活动采用三轴加速度计(Actigraph GT3X)测试,最大摄氧量测定采用功率自行车递增负荷方案。结果显示:1)12~14岁中学生日常体力活动行为习惯主要体现在学校学习期间,由时间多少依次为静坐、轻体力活动、中等强度活动和高强度活动,每天平均代谢当量介于在1~3METs之间,属轻体力活动。2)每天60 min运动强度为50%~70%最大吸氧量的健身跑对中学生的心肺耐力提高具有明显的促进作用。 Through using the triaxial accelerometer to monitor 12 to 14 years middle school students' physical activity for seven days,the paper analyzed students' physical activity and energy metabolism in the different days. The students were intervened for 60 minutes a day for 12 weeks from Monday to Fridy of running exercise that 50% ~ 70% of the maximum oxygen exercise intensity based on the characteristics of lowphysical activity,researching fitness running on students cardiorespiratory endurance,and providing the basis for scientific guidance of students physical activity. Physical activity used the triaxial accelerometer( Actigraph GT3X) to test,and determination of V·O2maxused power bicycle incremental load plan. The results show: 1) Middle school students daily physical activity behavior is mainly reflected in school learning. According to howlong time,physical activity is divided into static life,light physical activity,moderate intensity and high intensity activities in turn,daily average metabolic equivalent is between in 1 ~ 3 mets,belonging to light physical activity. 2)The fitness running with 60 minutes per day of 50% ~ 70% of the maximum oxygen exercise intensity has obvious role in promoting students' cardiopulmonary endurance.
