中医综合治疗对精索静脉曲张不育症精液常规参数的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Semen Parameters by Treating Patient With Varicocele Infertility

目的：观察中医综合治疗对精索静脉曲张（VC）不育症患者精液常规参数的影响及疗效。方法：将70例VC不育症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各35例,对照组患者单行腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术,观察组在对照组基础上于术后加行中医综合治疗,包括内服自拟中药生精汤治疗及艾灸治疗。结果：观察组精液密度、A＋B级精子比率、正常精子形态比率以及精子低渗膨胀（HOS）比率等精液常规参数水平均在治疗后1~3月内获得较对照组更为显著提高（P〈0.05）;观察组的最终临床总有效率也显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：VC不育症患者行腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术后配合应用中药生精汤及艾灸关元穴、气海穴有助于改善精液质量并提高致孕率。

Objective To observe the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with varicocele infertility semen routine parameters and the infl uence of the curative effect. Methods 70 patients with varicocele infertility patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in control group was treated with retroperitoneal high surgical ligation of the varicocele, while the patients in research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine except the measure used for control group. Results The team sperm density, A＋B grade sperm percentage, the percentage of normal sperm morphology, and HOS ratio level of semen routine parameters, such as in 1 ~ 3 months after treatment was more significantly increased than the control group（P〈0.05）; The other team＇s final clinical total effective rate was also signifi cantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with varicocele infertility retroperitoneal spermatic vein high ligation with application of traditional Chinese medicine raw soup and moxibustion close yuan of acupuncture point, qi hai help improve sperm quality and pregnancy rate.
