西藏沙棘果实Vc含量的测定及质量安全评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对西藏沙棘果实的Vc含量及铅、砷含量等进行测定,评价其安全性.方法:电位滴定法测定样品总酸度;阿贝折光仪测定样品的固形物含量;淀粉为指示液,碘滴定液测定Vc含量;原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量;原子荧光光度计测定砷含量.结果:西藏沙棘果汁中Vc含量为170mg/100g;总酸含量为2.82%;固形物含量为7.75%;铅含量为0.01mg/kg,砷含量为0.03mg/kg.结论:西藏沙棘果实中Vc含量≥170mg/100g.铅、砷含量符合中国药典规定的安全标准. Objective:The content of Vc,Pb and As in Hippophae thibetanafruit was measured to evaluate its safety.Methods:Determination of total acidity of the sample titrated with potentiometric titration.Solid content of the sample were measured with a abbe refractometer.The Vc content of the samples were detected by iodine titration fluid with starch as indicating liquid.After pressure digestion method for sample pre-treatment,lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.After wet digestion method for sample pre-treatment,arsenic content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Result:The Vc content of the Hippophae thibetanafruit juice is 170mg/100 g,The total acidity content is 2.82%,The solids content is 7.75%,The Pb content is 0.01mg/kg,The As content is 0.03mg/kg.Conclusion:Vc content of Hippophaethibetanafruit≥170mg/100 g.Pb and As content conforms to the safety standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia.
