西藏沙棘果实Vc含量的测定及质量安全评价

Measuring the VC Content and Evaluating the Quality and Safety of Hippophae Thibetana Fruit

目的:对西藏沙棘果实的Vc含量及铅、砷含量等进行测定,评价其安全性.方法:电位滴定法测定样品总酸度;阿贝折光仪测定样品的固形物含量;淀粉为指示液,碘滴定液测定Vc含量;原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量;原子荧光光度计测定砷含量.结果:西藏沙棘果汁中Vc含量为170mg/100g;总酸含量为2.82%;固形物含量为7.75%;铅含量为0.01mg/kg,砷含量为0.03mg/kg.结论:西藏沙棘果实中Vc含量≥170mg/100g.铅、砷含量符合中国药典规定的安全标准.

Objective：The content of Vc,Pb and As in Hippophae thibetanafruit was measured to evaluate its safety.Methods：Determination of total acidity of the sample titrated with potentiometric titration.Solid content of the sample were measured with a abbe refractometer.The Vc content of the samples were detected by iodine titration fluid with starch as indicating liquid.After pressure digestion method for sample pre-treatment,lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.After wet digestion method for sample pre-treatment,arsenic content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Result：The Vc content of the Hippophae thibetanafruit juice is 170mg/100 g,The total acidity content is 2.82%,The solids content is 7.75%,The Pb content is 0.01mg/kg,The As content is 0.03mg/kg.Conclusion：Vc content of Hippophaethibetanafruit≥170mg/100 g.Pb and As content conforms to the safety standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia.
