心律失常性心肌病的现代认识 被引量：2

摘要 心律失常性心肌病（arrhythmia induced cardiomyopathy,AIC）系指由心律失常引起心脏扩大、心功能不全、甚至血栓栓塞、心脏性猝死等临床表现的心肌疾病,属于继发性（特异性或获得性）心肌病。其临床特征为相关心律失常经治疗而有效终止后,心脏的结构和功能可完全或部分恢复正常。自从Gossage等在1913年首次报道了一例男性患者由快室率心房颤动导致扩张样心肌病以来。
