摘要 提出基于嵌入式的旋转设备状态监测诊断系统设计研究方案,在给出系统总体设计架构的基础上,分别从硬件平台和软件功能两部分对设计方案进行了具体介绍。在硬件平台部分,给出了嵌入式处理器的选型、外部接口功能及所使用的操作系统。在软件功能部分从数据采集、特征提取和故障诊断方法等三部分对其功能进行了具体介绍。通过提出的旋转设备智能故障诊断系统设计,能够实现设备运行数据的准确采集和分析,将多种故障诊断方法进行结合,进而提高故障诊断的效果。 A design scheme of monitoring and diagnosis system for the rotating equipment based on embedded system is proposed in this paper. Given the basis of overall design block diagram system, the hardware platform and software features of this design have been introduced in detail. On the hardware design part, the choice of the embed- ded processor, the external interface function and the operating system have all been discussed. On the software de- sign part, three parts of this design software function, including the data acquisition, the feature extraction and the method of fault diagnosis, have carried out in detailed introduction respectively. Through the proposed generator fault diagnosis system, the accuracy of the data acquisition can be achieved and precise analysis can be made. And with combination of multiple fault diagnosis method, more effective fault diagnosis will be reached.
