摘要
利用悬架K&C试验台测试某两型车的侧倾梯度。台架测试结果与实车稳态回转试验测试结果基本吻合。基于悬架侧倾试验和侧向力试验,并结合轮胎性能试验和转向系统试验,计算整车不足转向来源及其大小。结果表明:侧倾转向、轮胎侧偏、侧向力柔顺转向是影响整车不足转向的主要因素。
Two vehicle's body roll gradients are measured by rol1 tests on a suspension K&C test rig. The plat- form results are consistent with the results by steady state circular tests. Vehicle understeer items are tested by sus- pension roll tests, lateral force tests, steering system tests and tire dynamics tests. Test results show that suspension roll steer, tire corning stiffness, suspension lateral force compliance steer are the main factors to vehicle's understeer gradient.
