丹参对于急性微循环障碍大鼠血管内皮细胞的保护作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究丹参对盐酸肾上腺素及冰水刺激造成急性微循环障碍大鼠模型的保护作用及分子机制。方法:用盐酸肾上腺素皮下注射和冰水游泳刺激大鼠,使内源性和外源性肾上腺素共同作用构建大鼠急性微循环障碍模型。ELISA法检测大鼠血清中血管内皮素(ET-1)、P-选择素(P-Selection)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量,HE染色法观察肺病理形态学变化。结果:病理形态学显示丹参可以明显改善大鼠微循环障碍及减轻肺部急性损伤,显著减少ET-1、P-Selection、VEGF的含量。结论:丹参可以改善由盐酸肾上腺素及冰水刺激造成大鼠急性微循环障碍以及减轻肺损伤与通过保护内皮细胞有关。 Objective:Research the protective effect and molecular mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the acute microcirculation disturbance mice,which caused by epinephrine hydrochloride and Ice water stimulation.Methods:With hydrochloride adrenaline subcutaneous injection to the mice and ice water swimming stimulation to the mice,mice acute microcirculation disturbance model can be built by Endogenous and exogenous adrenaline work together.The method of ELISA detected the content of ET-1.P-Selection and VEGF in the serum of mice.Lung tissue was stains with Hematoxylin-eosin to observe the Pathomorphology.Results:Pathomorphology showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza can improve microcirculation disturbance mice and relieve Acute lung injury obviously,and highly reduce the content of ET-1、P-Selection、VEGF.Conclusion:It has the connection with protecting the endothelial cells that salvia miltiorrhiza can improve the mice acute microcirculation disturbance and reduce lung injury,which caused by epinephrine hydrochloride and Ice water stimulation.
