基于效率改进的物流金融协同模式研究

On Synergistic Model between Logistics and Finance Based on Efficiency Improvement

通过选取全国1994—2013年衡量物流金融发展水平的数据,利用SVAR模型实证分析中国物流发展水平与金融发展广度和深度的内生协同效率。研究发现:金融保险业与物流业尚未实现真正的融合,金融发展广度与物流发展水平的协同程度较低,物流业与金融业不存在协同关系,物流金融协同发展机制亟待进一步设计与完善。基于实证结果,构建基于银保合作的低碳物流金融、基于物流联盟的联保物流金融和基于动产质押的智慧物流金融的物流金融改进协同模式。

To measure logistics finance＇s development,related data from 1994 to 2013 are selected to analyze empirically synergistic relationship betw een logistics development and finance development in the breadth and depth by using SVAR model. The results show that insurance industry and logistics industry have not achieved integration yet,the synergy degree betw een the breadth of finance development and the logistics development level is low,there is no synergistic relationship betw een finance sector and logistics industry,and it is urgent to redesign and improve synergistic development mechanism of logistics finance.Based on the empirical results,the paper constructs the synergistic mode of low- carbon logistics finance on bank- insurance cooperation,the synergistic mode of coinsurance logistics finance on logistics alliance,and the synergistic mode of w isdom logistics finance on chattel mortgage.
