摘要
在当前浙江经济金融新常态下,银行传统经营模式正面临重构。为适应区域新常态,实现金融与经济的互促共赢,本文围绕银行转型这一课题,从梳理和回顾国内外文献入手,结合区域经济金融特点及其发展趋势,规划了浙江银行业全面转型的战略目标,并设计了"六大转型路径",即:经营理念从"粗放式、规模型"向"质效化、科学化"转变;资产业务从"持有资产"向"经营资产"转变;负债模式从"被动负债为主"向"被动负债与主动负债并重"转变;经营业态从"机构网点化"向"平台网络化"转变;风险管理从"人工经验型"向"数据智能型"转变;人才队伍从"传统专业型"向"创新综合型"转变。
Under the"New Normal"in Zhejiang economy and financial industry, commercial banks' conventional op-eration mode is suffering from great impacts. To adopt the regional"New Normal"and find a co-win solution, this essayaims to discuss the topic on banking transformation and set regional banking transformation targets with reviewing litera-tures, studying foreign banking cases, considering regional economic and financial features and developing trends. After-wards, this essay also designs"Six Transformation Paths", including development minds from"extensive"and"scaling"to"effective"and"efficient", assets business from"asset holding"to"asset liquidation", liability modes from"passive lia-bility dominated"to"passive and managed liability", business mode from"institution and branches"to"platform and in-ternet", risk managements from"experience dominated"to"data driving"and human resource managements from"tradi-tional professions"to"composed generalists".
