摘要
本文介绍了一种用于心脏介入治疗的新型磁导航系统的设计思路和方法。该系统以电磁体产生外源磁场,借助磁场控制软件,控制体内磁导航导管运动,进行心脏介入手术;并利用虚拟现实技术,基于生物力学建立磁导航介入手术模拟仿真训练系统,用于手术培训。从系统结构、功能、技术实现路线等方面进行心脏介入磁导航系统总体设计,样机的初步试验表明,系统总体设计合理,技术路线可行,可以克服基于永磁体系统的缺点,满足临床心脏介入手术要求。
This paper introduced the design idea and methods of an innovative magnetic navigation system used in heart interventional operations. This system used electromagnets to set up the external magnetic field and controlled the in vivo magnetic navigation for catheter movement with the assistance of magnetically controlled software during interventional cardiac surgery. Also, by using virtual reality technology, a simulation system for interventional cardiac procedures was established for operation training based on the biomechanical model. The overall design was conducted through perspectives such as system structure, function, and technical route in the interventional cardiac magnetic navigation system. The initial test of the prototype system indicated that the overall design of the system was reasonable and feasible, which could overcome the defects of the permanent magnet system, meet the requirement of interventional cardiac surgery.
