基于数据交换平台的手术麻醉系统的接口设计

Interface Design of Anesthesia Information System Based on Data Integration Platform

针对我院数据集成交换平台的特点以及实际的医疗流程,设计了手术麻醉系统与数据集成交换平台的接口。手术麻醉系统利用动态链接库方式,包括数据加载转换(ETL)和逐条获取(GET)两种交互模式,来获取数据仓库中的患者诊疗信息,再通过视图方法与医院信息系统对接,获取手术预约排班信息,中央监护系统通过实时获取患者体征数据,保证了围术期患者信息的自动采集与共享。

By focusing on the characteristics of Data Integration Platform（DIP） and the actual medical procedures in the Hospital Information System（HIS）, this research designed an interface between the Anesthesia Information System（AIS） and DIP. By using dynamic link modes, the AIS exchanged data with the DIP via two information interaction models： Extract-Transfer-Load（ETL） and GET, so as to obtain patients＇ diagnosis and treatment information in data warehouse. The AIS could access surgical appointment scheduling information from HIS through the view method. It could also obtain the realtime physiological data through the central monitoring system, and thus realized the automatic collection and sharing of patients＇ data during perioperative period.
