医院低值医用耗材的回顾性使用分析及管理的探究

Retrospective Analysis and Investigation of the Utilization and Management of Low-value Medical Consumables

本文致力于通过建立经济批量订购模型,来解决对于低值医用耗材订购与库存的总成本的控制问题。文中根据某医院低值医疗耗材的使用情况,并分析该医院2010~2012年度低值医用耗材的使用细节,选取卫生材料中库存金额、库存数量和平均年消耗量较大的3种低值医用耗材,利用经济批量订购模型的解决思路,对模型构建的要素进行了敏感性分析,最终达成解决上述问题的目的。

This paper aimed to solve the problems existing in the control of the total cost of low-value medical consumables in the order and inventory process by establishing an economic order quantity model. Based on the usage of low-value consumables in one hospital, this paper analyzed the details of the usage of low-value medical consumables from 2010 to 2012 in the hospital. By selecting and analyzing three kinds of low-value medical consumables that are of higher inventory value and amount as well as of higher average annual consumption, this paper conducted sensitivity analysis of the parameters of model construction through the basic solution provided by the economic order quantity model, which helped control the total cost of low-value medical consumables in the order and inventory process.
