Analysis on simplification and unification design of electric locomotive cubicle

对于承担多个功能的电气屏柜,因车型不同其电气屏柜的结构和功能也各不相同,无法做到整个电气屏柜通用化、简统化。将电气屏柜中可独立实现某一种特定功能的部件或组件,形成标准化功能模块,当开发新车型需标准功能模块的特定功能时,即可直接应用标准功能模块,缩短新产品设计周期,实现电气屏柜的简统化设计。

It is difficult to make the whole multifunction electrical cubicle universalization, simplification and unification due to various structure and functions in different type of cubicle. In order to implement simplification and unification design, using parts or components which can perform independently a particular function in the electrical cubicle to make up a standard function module, which can be directly used for developing a new type locomotive to shorten the design cycle.
