摘要
对出口泰国的SDA4型机车车体的轻量化设计、车体通风、车体噪音控制等技术及设计特点进行了介绍,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对车体的静强度、疲劳强度和刚度进行了有限元计算,据此对相关结构进行了改进。
Technology and design features of SDA4 locomotive exported to Thailand are introduced, including the carbody lightweight design, ventilation, noise, control and so on. The static strength, fatigue strength and stiffness of the carbody are calculated by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, according to which the relevant structures are improved.
