广州献血人群HTLV流行状况初步调查

Preliminary investigation of HTLV prevalence among blood donors of Guangzhou

目的了解人类嗜T淋巴细胞白血病病毒(HTLV)在广州地区无偿献血人群中的流行状况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对随机抽本地区无偿献血者进行抗-HTLV-1/2筛查。结果在3517人中检出1例抗-HTLV-1/2阳性样本,经双孔复核确认为阳性。结论本地区献血人群中存在HTLV携带者,有必要对献血人群开展更大规模的抗-HTLV-1/2筛查和基因分型研究,为血液管理卫生行政部门制定输血相关政策和法规提供科学依据。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of Human T-lymphotropic virus leukemia（ HTLV） among blood donors in Guangzhou area. Methods By using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）,anti-HTLV-1 /2 of blood donors were screened randomly. Results In 3517 samples of blood donors,1 case of anti-HTLV-1 /2 positive sample was detected and was confirmed positive with two holes review. Conclusion There exist HTLV carriers in the blood donors of the area,it is necessary to carry out a larger scale of anti-HTLV-1 /2 screening and gene confirmation study,so to provide a scientific basis for blood administrative department making transfusion-related policies and regulations.
