吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical effect of procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids and conventional haemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid

目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将我院收治并确诊的106例混合痔患者随机分为两组。对照组53例采用传统痔切除术,而试验组53例采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术。比较两组患者临床疗效和手术住院方面的差异。结果试验组患者临床有效率为96.2%显著高于对照组79.2%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组患者手术耗时、术中出血、伤口愈合时间及疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术较传统痔切除术治疗混合痔临床效果显著,其具有较高的临床有效率,手术耗时短、出血少、愈合快及痛苦少的特点,进而提高患者术后生活质量及身心健康,值得临床选择。

Objective To study the clinical effect of procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids and conventional haemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 106 patients with mixed hemorrhoid in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional haemorrhoidectomy; the test group adopted the procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids. The clinical effect and operation condition for two groups was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of test group（ 96. 2%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 79. 2%）（ P〈0. 05）; the operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,healing time and pain score for test group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional haemorrhoidectomy,the procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids has a better effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid,has a higher clinical effective rate,shortens the operation time,reduces the hemorrhage,shortens the healing time,relives the pains and improves the postoperative life quality,physical and mental health. It shall be recommended in clinical practices.
