Influence of Marx's View of Human Rights on the Construction of International Human Rights Norm and its Enlightenment

马克思主义人权观和西方自由主义人权观的论争,是长期以来东西方价值观较量的焦点。马克思主义基于唯物史观,揭橥西方自由主义人权观在人权主体、人权客体以及人权认识论上的非完备性,推动以国际人权文书为载体的国际人权话语规范融入多元文化视角。重新梳理这些论争及其对国际人权话语规范构建的影响,有益于当下中国客观地对待西方人权(民主)话语输出,拓展中国特色人权实践的话语空间。

The controversy between Marx＇s view of human rights and the Western Liberal- ism is the focus of the contest between Eastern and Western values for a long time. Based on materialism, Marxism maintains that the concepts of human rights subject, human rights object and epistemology of human rights based on western liberalism have limitations. Marx＇s view of human rights promotes international discourse on human rights, such as international human rights instruments integrated into multi-cultural perspectives. It is beneficial to recognizing west- ern discourse output on human rights objectively and expanding the discourse space for human rights practice in China that is hackling again this controversy and its influences on the interna- tional discourse of human rights.
