摘要
交错反激拓扑的微型逆变器的原边电感电流分为电感电流连续模式(CCM)、临界模式(BCM)、断续模式(DCM)3种。文章分析微型逆变器的工作原理,研究每种工作模式相对应的控制策略,并且全面计算了微型逆变器所使用的原器件电压电流应力、分析了反激变压器的功率损耗,对比了每种工作模式的优缺点,最后在Matlab软件中建立了300 W的仿真模型,对每种工作模式下的控制策略进行仿真验证,对微型逆变器的设计和工作模式的选择有非常好的参考价值。
There are the inductor current continuous mode(CCM), critical mode(BCM),discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) in interleaved flyback microinverter based on the primary side of the inductor current. In this paper, the principle of micro inverter is analyzed in detail and the corresponding control strategies for each mode of operation are studied. The voltage and current stress of the original device used in the micro inverter and the power loss of flyback transformer is calculated.analyzes the advantagesand dis advantages of each model. Finally, the simulation model of 300 W is established in the MATLAB software, simulation and verification of the control strategy for each mode of operation, it has a perfect reference value for the design of micro inverter and the choice of working mode.
