摘要
利用OPC技术建立了真空回火炉的通讯系统,解决了由于通讯协议的不兼容和设备驱动的缺失给控制系统带来的问题,并为真空设备的发展提出了一些建议。
The OPC technology is used to establish a vacuum tempering furnace communication system in the paper,so the control system problems caused by the incompatibility of communication protocol and lack of device drivers are solved,and give some advice for the development of vacuum equipment.
