摘要
为了实现丝印机丝印压力连续稳定可调,并获得较高的压力控制精度,使用SMC高速开关电磁阀型电气比例阀以及松下FP2系列PLC、模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块来控制压力。设计了一种预先计算电气比例阀二次侧最大输出压力的方法,利用电气比例阀自身的线性特性,进行丝印机丝印刮刀压力的调控,实现了系统所需的精度要求。
In order to achieve continuous and stable adjustment of screen printing pressure, and to obtain high pressure control accuracy in the screen printing machine, used SMC electrical proportional valve of which is high speed switching solenoid, employed Panasonic FP2 series PLC, and analog input module, and analog output module to control the pressure. Designed a pre calculated method of electric proportional valve secondary side of maximum output pressure, token advantage of linear characteristics of electric proportional valve to control the scraper pressure of screen printing machine.The result turned out that the required accuracy of the system is achieved.
