摘要
针对沿海区域目标监测问题,目前主要的监测手段有雷达、红外、光学等。利用岸基ISAR搜索成像雷达和光电综合监测设备获取多源实测数据,并通过图像解译方法提取目标特征,可以有效提升沿海环境下监测系统的态势感知能力。
Seacoast surveillance methods of maritime targets are involved with radar, infrared surveillance equipment, optical surveillance equipment, and so on. In this paper, multiple remote sensing imageries are obtained by ISAR radar and photoelectric monitoring equipment, and the feature extraction is processed from multiple source image data by image processing. Finally the situ- ational awareness is enhanced in coastal environment.
