摘要 山西焦化公司焦化厂生产装置的一、二系统原采用低温水换热后直接排放,造成吨焦耗水高,通过对蒸汽双效溴化锂制冷机组、低压蒸汽喷射制冷机组两种制冷技术进行比较,最终选择低压蒸汽喷射制冷技术进行改造。介绍了改造后的低压蒸汽喷射制冷技术工艺流程,改造实施后,吨焦耗水从2.62 t减小至1.84 t,节水效果显著。 Direct discharge after heat transfer with the low temperature water was implemented in the Systems I II of the production facility in the coking plant of Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd., resulting in the high water consumption per ton of coke.Through comparing the refrigeration technology by steam driven double effect lithium bromide refrigeration unit and low pressure steam jet refrigeration unit, the latter is finally chosen for revamping. This paper introduces the process flow of low pressure steam jet refrigeration after revamping. Water consumption per ton of coke has decreased from 2.62 t to 1.84 t, and the effect of water conservation is remarkable.
