摘要
结合大唐呼伦贝尔化肥有限公司褐煤制备水煤浆的生产运行现状,详细分析了温度对褐煤水煤浆成浆性的影响,即温度对水煤浆表观黏度、流变性能及添加剂的影响。结果表明,水煤浆温度控制在40℃~70℃,添加剂的活性作用高,水煤浆流动性好,褐煤成浆性好。同时介绍了实际生产中控制煤浆温度的措施,主要通过调节制浆用水温度、提高添加剂温度、保证原料煤温度等,可以有效提高水煤浆浓度。
The paper introduces the process of coal water slurry preparation with lignite of Datang Hulunbuir Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and analyzes in detail the influence of temperature on the slurryability of lignite coal water slurry, i.e. the effect of temperature on the apparent viscosity and rheological property of coal water slurry and additive. The results show that,when the coal slurry temperature is controlled in the range of 40 ℃ to 70 ℃, the activity of the additive is high, the fluidity of water coal slurry is good, and the slurryability of lignite is good. Moreover, this paper also introduces control measures of coal water slurry temperature in the actual production: adjusting the water temperature, increasing the temperature of the additive and ensuring the temperature of the raw coal. The concentration of coal water slurry can be effectively improved.
