摘要 通过建立冰箱用换热器换热能力测试设备(下文简称"测试设备")的数值模型,搭建测试设备测试平台,通过对多组冷凝器样件及蒸发器样件的测试和分析,以空气侧换热量和水侧换热量比对计算确定出测试设备精度为8%,并通过CFD仿真模拟验证测试设备的准确性和可靠性。该测试设备可独立测试换热器换热量,为冰箱换热器的选型提供依据,减少使用冰箱为载体测试的测试周期。 Through the establishment of refrigerator with heat exchanger heat capacity test equipment (referred to as "test equipment") numerical model, build test equipment test platform. Through the test and analysis on groups of condenser samples and evaporator samples, compare the air side heat transfer and water side heat exchange ratio calculation to determine the precision of test equipment is 8%, and through CFD simulation accuracy and reliability of test equipment. The test equipment can independently test the heat exchanger, provide the basis for the selection of the refrigerator heat exchanger, and reduce the test cycle of the use of the refrigerator carrier.
