家电产品及其供应链的集成环境管理系统研发

The research and development of integrated environmental management system for household electrics and its supply chain

越来越多的国内外政策法规要求企业调查和提供产品及供应链的多种环保信息,并鼓励开展量化的生命周期评价与持续改进,企业和供应商因此面临日益复杂的环保合规要求,需要更高效的集成环境管理系统。本文介绍了研发中的eFootprint-Green Product Management系统,一种在线的多级供应链调查、多种环境信息集成管理系统,可以帮助企业完成产品生命周期评价、材料与物质声明、冲突矿产声明等工作。初步的企业应用案例显示,此系统可以显著提高工作效率,建立更全面、可追溯的产品及供应链合规与环保管理体系。

Increasing domestic and foreign policies and regulations require enterprises to investigate and provide a variety of environmental information of product and the supply chain, and encourage them to carry out quantitative life cycle assessment and continuous improvement. To this end, enterprises need more efficient and integrated environmental management system for growing environmental compliance requirements. This paper introduces a system, namely eFootprint-Green Product Management, which helps companies to implement product life cycle assessment, materials and substances declaration, conflict mineral statement, based on the multi-tire supply chain survey and multi environmental information integration. Preliminary case studies show that this system can help to establish a more efficient, comprehensive and traceable environmental management system for product and supply chain compliance.
