结合项目前评价的定义,构思中央空调项目前评价框架,并对该框架的实施提供预案,使得在提高中央空调研发项目的管理水平的同时,降低项目风险,为制定符合企业发展战略和策略的评估提供科学依据,同时适应当今中央空调研发项目快速发展的新形势的需要。

This thesis is to conceive pre-evaluation framework for CAC and provide planning for the implementation of the framework by associating＂ with the definition of pre-evaluation. It can improve management of R＆D project of central air conditioner and lower the project risks, so as to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation formulation of strategy of enterprise development, and at the same time satisfy the demand of the fast developing trend of R＆D for central air conditioner.
