Application technology of air distribution system in air conditioning production line

本文通过对格力电器的其中某分公司各个车间之间的物料输送,采用升降机和空中轨道输送相结合的空中输送方式实现物料空间传输,将地面物流使用自动化设备转化为空间物流,减少物料及成品的地面物流和作业人员,提升物流输送效率,减少厂区的交叉物流,以达到畅通的物流及清晰的现场管理。

In this paper, through transport of Gree Electric appliances including a branch of each workshop materials, combining the lifts and air rail conveying transportation way to achieve the transmission of materials in space, the ground logistics automation equipment for Spatial Logistics, reduce material and finished the ground logistics and operations personnel, to enhance the efficiency of transport logistics, reduce the plant＇s crossing logistics, in order to achieve the smooth flow of logistics and clear site management.
