复方罗布麻片治疗高血压病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Compound Kendir Leaves Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨复方罗布麻片治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的高血压病患者100例,按随机数字表法分为2组各50例,对照组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,观察组患者给予复方罗布麻片治疗,治疗28 d后,比较2组患者血压改善情况、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者收缩压下降值为25 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),舒张压下降值为15 mm Hg,高于对照组的17、10 mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者发生心悸9例(18.00%),恶心14例(28.00%),呕吐10例(20.00%),高于观察组的2例(4.00%)、6例(12.00%)、5例(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方罗布麻片对高血压病的治疗效果显著,不良反应较少,可推广。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of compound Kendir leaves tablets in treatment of hypertension. METHODS： 100 cases with hypertension admitted into Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. The control group were given nifedipine,while the observation group received compound Kendir leaves tablets; after treatment of 28 d,the improvement of blood pressure,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two group of patients. RESULTS： In observation group,the decline of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were respectively25 mm Hg（ 1 mm Hg = 0. 133 k Pa） and 15 mm Hg,higher than that in control group 17 and 10 mm Hg,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 92. 00%（ 46 /50）,higher than that of control group 80. 00%（ 40 /50）,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There were 9 cases（ 18. 00%） of palpitation,14 cases（ 28. 00%） of nausea,10 cases（ 20. 00%） of vomit in control group,higher than that in observation group,respectively 2 cases（ 4. 00%）,6 cases（ 12. 00%） and 5 cases（ 10. 00%）,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical efficacy of compound Kendir leaves tablets in treatment of hypertension is significant,with few adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion.
