沙丁胺醇气雾剂与异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Salbutamol Aerosol Combined with Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的：探讨沙丁胺醇气雾剂与异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。方法：选取从化市温泉镇卫生院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的慢性阻塞性肺病患者95例,按随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组47例。观察组患者给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗,对照组患者给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗。1周为1疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,对2组患者的疗效与Borg评分的改善情况进行比较。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为97.92%（47/48）,高于对照组的82.98%（39/47）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=10.526 8,P〈0.05）;观察组患者Borg评分改善情况为0-3级为40例,4-6级为8例,7-10级为0例,优于对照组的16、24、7例差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺病具有较好的临床效果,有利于Borg评分的改善,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of salbutamol aerosol combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. METHODS： 95 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） admitted into Conghua Wenquan Town Health Center from Apr. 2013 to Apr. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group（ 48 cases） and control group（ 47 cases） via the random number table.The observation group were given salbutamol aerosol combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol,while the control group received salbutamol aerosol 1 week for 1 course of treatment,two groups were treated 2 course of treatment.After treatment,the efficacy and improvement of Borg score were compared between two group of patients. RESULTS：The total efficacy of observation group was 97. 92%（ 47 /48）,higher than that of control group 82. 98%（ 39 /47）,with statistically significant difference（ χ~2= 10. 526 8,P〈0. 05）. As for the improvement of Borg score in observation group,there were 40 cases in 0-3 class,8 cases in 4-6 class,0 case in 7-10 class,higher than that of control group,respectively 16,24 and 7 cases,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical effects of salbutamol aerosol combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,which can improve the Borg score and is worthy of clinical promotion.
