摘要 目的:研究复方中药组方(AG)对高尿酸血症的治疗作用。方法:分别用酵母,氧嗪酸钾盐,腺嘌呤和乙胺丁醇三种方法诱导高尿酸血症模型,给药后通过检测尿酸(UA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)等指标,探讨AG的治疗作用。结果:AG各剂量组均可显著降低酵母所致小鼠高尿酸血症的血清UA值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AG高剂量组可显著降低氧嗪酸钾盐所致小鼠高尿酸血症的血清UA值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AG各剂量组在7、14、21 d均可极显著的降低腺嘌呤和乙胺丁醇大鼠高尿酸血症的血清UA值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在此模型中,7、14 d时AG高、中剂量组小鼠的尿液UA值显著降低,低剂量组小鼠尿液UA值在7 d有显著的降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AG各剂量组的血清XOD活力均有极显著的降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:AG对不同造模法所致的高尿酸血症均有减低体内血清UA含量,抑制UA生成的作用。 OBJECTIVE: To research the treatment effects of Chinese medicines section( AG) on hyperuricemia.METHODS: Three methods interms of yeast,oxonic acid potassium salt,adenine and ethambutol were used to induce hyperuricaemia model; the treatment effects of AG were investigated through the detection of uric acid( UA),xanthine oxidase( XOD) and adenosine deaminase( ADA) and some other indexes after administration. RESULTS: Different dose groups of AG could significantly decrease the serum UA value in the hyperuricemia mice which induced by yeasts,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The high dose group of AG could significantly decrease the serum UA value in the hyperuricemia mice which induced by oxonic acid potassium salt,with statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Different dose groups of AG could significantly decrease the serum UA value in the hyperuricemia rat induced by adenine and ethambutol in 7 d,14 d and 21 d,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 01). In this model,high and middle dose group of AG could significantly decrease the level of urine UA value in 7 d and 14 d,and low dose group of AG could significantly decrease the level of urine UA value in 7 d,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05); Different dose groups of AG could significantly decrease the serum XOD activity,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). CONCLUSIONS: AG could significantly decrease the serum UA value in different models induced by hyperuricemia and inhibit the generation of UA.
