呼吸振荡排痰联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:3

To Observe the Therapeutic Effect of Breathing Vibration Sputum Excretion Combined with Inhale Budesonide and Terbutaline in Bronchiolitis

摘要 目的探讨呼吸振荡排痰联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将104例毛细支气管炎患儿按入院先后顺序进行编号,单号入对照组,双号入治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗及布地奈德、特布他林雾化液雾化吸入;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,从第3天开始每次雾化吸入后再给予呼吸振荡排痰15min,每日2次,疗程5d。比较两组的疗效和住院时间。结果治疗组咳嗽消失时间和肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组较对照组的治愈率明显升高(分别为98.08%和78.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=9.420)。结论呼吸振荡排痰联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎较单纯雾化吸入更有效,明显缩短患儿的住院时间。 Objective To detect the therapeutic effect of breathing vibration sputum excretion combined with inhale budesonide and terbutaline in bronchiolitis. Methods One hundred and four cases with bronchiolitis were numbered according to order of admission. Single numbers were in the control group,and double numbers were in the treatment group. The control group was treated with regular treatment and budesonide and terbutaline atomization inhalation; while the treatment group was given the basis of conventional treatment,and starting from the third day after each atomization inhalation breathing oscillation expectoration drainage for 15 min,2 times a day,the course of 5d. The efficacy and duration of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the disappearance time of cough,the pulmonary rales and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 01). The cure rate of the treatment group( 98. 08%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 78. 85%),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05,χ^2= 9.420). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of breathing vibration sputum excretion combined with inhale budesonide and terbutaline is more effective than pure aerosol inhalation. And it can obviously shorten the patient's hospitalization time.
