BUN,TG,D-二聚体与急性胰腺炎病情的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship among Blood Urea Nitrogen,Triglyceride,D-dimer with Acute Pancreatitis

摘要 目的探讨尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、D-二聚体(DD)3个指标在急性胰腺炎病情轻重预判中的价值。方法急性胰腺炎患者48例,其中重症患者(SAP)16例,比较入院24h,48h,72h的SAP与MAP(轻症)BUN,TG,DD的差别。结果按α=0.05的标准,入院24h,48h,72h SAP组TG,DD均高于MAP组;入院48h,72h,SAP组BUN高于MAP组;MAP组内,24h,48h,72h TG逐渐下降;SAP组内,TG,DD,BUN均逐渐升高。结论联合检测BUN,TG,DD对早期病情判断有一定参考价值。 Objective To explore the value of blood urea nitrogen( BUN),triglyceride( TG),D-dimer( DD)in the anticipation of the severity of acute pancreatitis. Methods Forty-eight cases of acute pancreatitis patients,including 16 cases of severe patients( SAP) were selected. And all the differences of BUN,TG,DD at 24,48,72 hours after admission between SAP and MAP were compared. Results TG,D-dimer of 24,48 and 72 hours after admission in SAP were higher than that in MAP; the BUN in SAP was higher than that of MAP after 48 and 72 hours. TG decreased gradually in the group of MAP,while TG,DD and BUN increased gradually in the group of SAP. Conclusion The combined detection of DD,BUN and TG has a certain reference value for early diagnosis of the severity of acute pancreatitis.
