女性生殖道感染与不孕关系的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Therelationships Betweenthe Female Reproductive Tract Infections and Infertility

目的检测女性不孕患者生殖道感染情况,探讨女性生殖道感染与不孕的关系。方法选取2014年1月~2015年6月来我院生殖中心行IVF-ET的不孕妇女300例为不孕组,同期来院行孕前查体及健康查体的妇女150例为正常对照组。对所有患者进行阴道分泌物及宫颈分泌物的检查。结果不孕组的生殖道感染率为49.67%,正常组的生殖道感染率为26.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不孕组中支原体（UU）、衣原体（CT）、淋球菌（NG）、人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）及念珠菌（CA）的感染率分别为29.7%,11.3%,2.0%,8.3%,13%,正常组中上述感染率分别为15.3%,2.7%,1.3%,3.3%,11.3%,两组比较UU,CT,HPV的感染率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,NG及CA的感染率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两种及两种以上混合感染率的比较差异亦无统计学意义。结论生殖道感染可能是导致女性不孕的原因之一,不孕患者应加强对于支原体、衣原体、人乳头瘤病毒的检查。

Objective To detect the reproductive tract infections in female infertility patients and to explore the relationship between the female reproductive tract infections and infertility. Methods Three hundred cases of infertile women who tried IVF-ET in reproductive medicine center of our hospital from January 2014 ~ June 2015 were chosen to form the infertile group,and 150 cases of women who took pre-pregnancy examination and health examination over the same period in the hospital were elected as the control group. Vaginal and cervical secretions were examined in all patients. Results The reproductive tract infection rate in infertile group was 49. 67%,and the number was 26. 00% in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Mycoplasma（ UU）,chlamydia（ CT）,Neisseria gonorrhoeae（ NG）,human papillomavirus（ HPV） and candida（ CA） infection rates respectively were 29. 7%,11. 3%,2. 0%,8. 3% and 13% in the infertile group,while they were 15. 3%,2. 7%,1. 3%,3.3% and 11. 3% in the control group. The differences of infection rates in UU,CT and HPV were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,while differences of infection rates in NG and CA were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. No statistically significant difference was found in the rates of mixed infection of two or more viruses. Conclusion Reproductive tract infections may be one of the causes to female infertility. Therefore,the examinatoin of UU,CT and HPV should be strengthened in infertile patients.
