盐酸羟考酮复合异丙酚麻醉在肝癌患者射频消融术中的应用

Clinical study of oxycodone hydrochloride combined propofol anesthesia for radiofrequency ablation in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 射频消融术（radiofrenquency ablation,RFA）治疗肝癌是通过射频电极针局部产生高温使肝癌组织凝固坏死,从而杀死瘤细胞。RFA具有创伤小、射频消融时间短、易接受、可反复治疗等优点[1],是治疗肝癌、肝转移癌的一种较新的微创技术。
