摘要
我国的除害工作历经六十余年,虽然进展显著,但目前已面临发展的"深水区"。为了满足不断提高的社会需求,应该全面、客观地分析现状,充分认识任务的艰巨性,制定合理的工作规划,稳步推进,防止反复。同时,要更新观念,提高技术,探索和完善适合当前经济发展与环境改变的工作模式,充分调动各方面的积极性,扶助后进地区,克服薄弱环节,努力提高底线,使更多人群受益。
After 60 years of pest control in our country,great significant progresses have been made,now we are facing the deepwater area of the development. In order to satisfy the increasing social demand,it is supposed to analyze the current situation comprehensively and objectively,understand the difficulty of the task fully,and formulate reasonable work planning. At the same time,it is necessary to renew the idea,improve the technology,explore and perfect the working mode suitable for the current economic development and environmental change. We have to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each aspect,help the undeveloped areas overcome the weak link and benefit more people.
