江门市白纹伊蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗性监测与抗性治理对策 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解江门市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为合理使用有效的杀虫剂控制白纹伊蚊提供科学依据,控制登革热在江门地区的暴发流行。方法在江门市5个社区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~3代,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法进行检测。结果各监测点白纹伊蚊对双硫磷抗性倍数均〈3,属敏感;残杀威除礼乐社区抗性倍数为4.53倍,属低度抗性外,其他属敏感;对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗性;5种杀虫剂的抗性有统计学差异(χ^2=18.47,P〈0.05),5个社区对杀虫剂的抗药性无统计学差异(χ^2=1.18,P〉0.05)。结论今后应加强监测,采取综合治理措施,正确选择和合理使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的产生。 Objective To understand the resistance levels and status of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides and control the outbreaks of dengue in Jiangmen City. Methods Larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected from five communities in Jiangmen City,and bred 1- 3 generations. The resistance of Aedes albopictus to insecticides was determined with impregnation method. Results The larvae of Aedes albopictus collected from monitor sites were sensitive to temephos with the resistance under three folds,and preliminary resistant to propoxur.The mosqtuioes collected developed different levels of resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin.Conclusion Insecticides should be applied scientifically and rationally. It is necessary to strengthen.
