家蝇产卵行为的偏好研究

Study on the preference of housefly oviposition behavior

目的探索家蝇产卵对颜色、气味的选择,为蝇类防治提供依据。方法比较分析3种品系家蝇在不同处理的集卵杯中的产卵量。结果试验颜色中,黑色对家蝇的吸引力最强,产卵量占63.50%-64.56%;试验浓度中,5%酵母浓度对家蝇的吸引力最强,产卵量占74.29%-75.99%。结论黑色和5%的酵母浓度对家蝇产卵具有较强的引诱作用。

Objective To explore housefly＇s preference to colors and odors during the period of oviposition and provide the basis for controlling flies. Methods Comparing eggs amount of three strains among the different treaments. Results Black held the strongest attraction among the tested colors,housefly eggs accounted for63. 50%- 64. 56%; 5% yeast concentration displayed the strongest attraction among the tested concentrations,housefly eggs accounted for 74. 29%- 75. 99%. Conclusion Black and 5% concentration of yeast might be the favours for housefly to lay eggs.
