CD14参与固有免疫应答抵御感染的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 CD14是一种糖基磷脂酰肌醇锚定蛋白,作为细胞表面和内体中Toll样受体(TLR)的辅受体,在细菌、病毒、真菌等感染过程中具有关键作用。CD14主要通过髓样分化因子88(My D88)依赖型信号通路、β干扰素诱导的含TIR结构域接头蛋白(TRIF)依赖型信号通路、Ca2+/活化T细胞核因子(NFAT)信号通路参与机体固有免疫应答。CD14与多种疾病相关,在宿主抵御感染中具有双重作用。如在实验性脓毒症中,抑制CD14具有保护作用,但在肠道感染模型中,抑制CD14增加组织损伤。本文主要围绕CD14表达调控及其参与机体固有免疫应答抵御感染中的信号转导机制进行综述。
