农业转方式调结构的地方探索——基于冀鲁两省的调研

Local Exploration on Transforming Development Modes and Adjusting Industrial Structure of Agriculture——Based on Survey of Hebei and Shandong Province

作为农业现代化的重要抓手。转方式调结构受到地方和企业的高度重视,涌现出了许多有益的尝试,提高了农业生产经营效率,构建了循环经济,降低了能源消耗和环境损害,带来了较好的经济、社会效益。在实地调研的基础上,总结了地方上的先进做法,介绍了5种模式,分析了地方在转方式调结构中的困难,并提出相应对策。

As an important path to agricultural modernization,transforming development modes and adjusting industrial structure was paid abundant attention by local governments and firms.There emerged many constructive attempts,which enhanced manufacturing and operating efficiency of agriculture,established recycling economy,lowered energy consumption and environmental damage,and produced more economic and social benefits.This article,based on survey,summarized locally advanced practices,introduced five modes,analyzed the difficulties local governments and firms encountered,and presented the suggestions.
