摘要
中国是世界禽蛋生产大国,但其蛋品的国际竞争力不强,出口规模与世界发达国家相比还存在较大差距。2015年1—10月中国蛋品贸易以出口为主,且鲜鸡蛋出口所占份额最大。当前中国蛋品贸易还存在产品竞争力不强、市场开拓不足等问题,2016年可从提升出口蛋品整体质量安全水平、开发深加工产品提升出口蛋品附加值、鼓励蛋品加工贸易企业展开国际并购等方面入手来促进蛋品贸易的发展。
China is one of major producers of egg in the world,but its egg products has no enough competitive power in the international market,so there is a large disparity in export scale of eggs comparing with developed countries.China's egg trade was clearly export driven from January to October in 2015,and fresh egg exports accounted for the largest share.At present,China's egg trade has some problems such as no enough competitive power on products and lack of market development and all that.In 2016,the development of China's egg trade should depend on three aspects as follows:promoting the level of quality and safety of export eggs on the whole,enhancing the added value of export eggs by developing fine processing products and encouraging the eggs processing trade enterprises to navigate international mergers and acquisitions.
