当下中国三大主粮库存积压的原因分析

Causes of High Inventory of Three Staple Grains in China

针对当前稻米、小麦和玉米等三大主粮库存大规模积压的现状,分析了其原因,包括国内粮食连年增产、国内粮价高位运行、粮食大量进口以及国内粮食消费疲软等。同时探讨了粮食库存积压的负面影响,认为当前粮食大规模库存积压,不仅造成粮食损耗和产生库存费用,给各级政府带来较大的财政负担,而且还会对国内粮食价格带来较大的下行压力,影响市场调节作用的有效发挥和经营者的积极性;此外加剧当前农民卖粮难的问题,从而对农民的收入造成一定的负面影响。

This article analyzed the causes of the high inventory of three staple grains,rice,wheat and wheat,such as the continuous increase of domestic grains production,higher price of domestic grain than international market,a large import amount of grain and weak consumption of domestic grain.At the same time,the author studied on the negative impact of the high inventory of grains,found that the high inventory not only caused grain loss and high inventory costs,brought greater financial burden to the government at all levels,but also put greater downward pressure on domestic grain price,influenced the market regulation and the enthusiasm of managers,in addition,increased the difficulty for the farmers in selling grain currently,thus caused some negative impact on the income of farmers.
