National meeting of presidents of higher procuratorates was held on Jan. 23rd. Cao Jianming, the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate （SPP） President, attended the meeting and made an important speech. He stresses that at present and during the near future, procuratorates at different levels should carry out thoroughly the guiding principles of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and those of national political and legal work conference, and put into practice the guiding principles in General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s major policy addresses.
