2016年已经悄然而来，刚刚过去的2015年对香港来说是不平凡的一年。这一年是香港基本法颁布25周年，“一国两制”实践不断丰富发展的一年。在持续一年多的香港政制改革暂告一个段落后，香港社会各界都在思考未来法治发展的方向。
Editor＇s Note： The year of 2015 has turned out to be an extraordinary one for HongKong （HK）. It celebrated the 25th anniversary of the promulgation of the Basic Law of HK. ＂One country two systems＂ continued to develop. HK people from all social sectors have been reflecting on the future of rule of law since the conclusion of the one-year-long political and institutional reform. It has been a year when HK tried to redefine its role and position in the new era with complicated economic situations and accelerating technological progress so as to tap new development opportunities. In this first issue, the Magazine will present major events of HK in 2015 in the rule of law.
