公安部、交通运输部、中国保监会近日联合发布《关于机动车驾驶证自学直考试点的公告》，天津、包头、长春、南京、宁波、马鞍山、福州、吉安、青岛、安阳、武汉、南宁、成都、黔东南、大理、宝鸡16个城市机动车驾驶证自学直考试点工作将於2016年4月1日正式开始。《公告》从自学用车要求、指导人员条件、法律责任、监督管理制度等方面，对自学直考提出了明确的规范要求。
The Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Transport and China Insurance Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Announcement on Self-Study Program of Driving License. The program will be official launched on April 1st of 2016 in 16 cities. The Announcement made several requirements to self-study and obtaining of the driving license.
