Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chunying published the fourth command paper on January the 13rd. Government governance team, major chambers of commerce and the public figures in Hong Kong have expressed their huge support towards it and noted that the report comprehensively responded to the demands of society. Chief Secretary Carrie Lain said the command paper were very integrated and worthy of public support. Financial Secretary John Tsang also noted that the report covered various aspects of science and technology development, land and housing and education, and that it in detail responded to the demands of society;
