The Effect of QQ Group on the Obstetrics Health Care

目的:探讨QQ群平台在产科护理服务中的作用效果。方法:收治分娩产妇100例,观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用普通护理方式,观察组采用普通护理加QQ群护理方式,基于SPSS分析软件,比较两组孕产妇的护理服务满意率、孕产期知识知晓率、母乳喂养成功率以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理服务满意率、孕产期知识知晓率、母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组,观察组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:QQ群平台在产科护理服务中提高患者满意率、孕产期知识知晓率以及母乳喂养成功率、降低并发症的发生率方面,收到了良好效果,是一种值得推广的孕产期优质护理服务方式。

Objective： To investigate the effect of platform QQ group in obstetric care. Methods： 100 cases admitted birth mothers, the observation group and the control group 50 cases. The control group using ordinary care approach, the observation group using ordinary care approach plus QQ group care approach, based on SPSS software to compare two groups of maternal care services satisfaction rate, maternal knowledge and awareness, the success rate of breastfeeding, and complication rates. Results： The patient care service satisfaction rate, maternal knowledge and awareness, breastfeeding success rate was higher incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： QQ group platform to improve patient satisfaction rate in obstetric care services, awareness and knowledge of breastfeeding success rate, reduce the incidence of complications in terms of maternal, received very good results, is a worthy Motherhood way of quality care.
